Welcome to the University of Portsmouth Law Society!

We are a diverse group of students who either study or are interested in Law. Whether you're studying law, are interested in your legal rights or want to meet a diverse group of intelligent students, there's something for you.  The Society runs many trips to legal venues and activities such as mooting competitions to improve your legal skills, so if you're a law enthusiast then you're sure to find something that you like here at the LAWSOC!

The Society has both black tie and casual socials, which gives everyone the chance to get to know each other. We have a great community within the Society, and are always ready to welcome new members!

Keep an eye on our social media pages for details on upcoming events and for details on our trips and competition dates.  Alternatively, our committee can be contacted via the group email account:

We look forward to meeting you!

Upon purchasing the £10 membership, students will be entitled to acquire tickets for our socials and trips. Students will also be able to take part in our competitions.
