Welcome to the University of Portsmouth Pharmacological Society (Pcolsoc)!

We are a group for everyone, whether you study pharmacology or are simply interested in it. We plan lots of events for our society members in Portsmouth, including:

  • Pub quizzes
  • Christmas ball with Biomed and Nursing (one of the only formal balls at Portsmouth!)
  • Social nights out
  • Academic workshops
  • Student mentoring
  • Cancer Research UK Lab tour

And many more!

We plan all our events to different prices (from free to charged) as it depends on the event and what we're doing it for. All events, however, are going to be fun and interactive for all students and staff, so come along to as many as you can! We aim to create a fun and friendly community within our society, so if you want to meet new people and make friends, come along!

For more information on when and where we meet, or for any other questions, please keep an eye on our Facebook page, or contact the committee directly through the group email account:

We look forward to meeting you!
