Who are we?
We're a welcoming and kind group that encourages a positive outlook on mental health. Our group understands every student has a different experience at University and we want to facilitate a place that anyone can feel heard.
What do we do?
We plan to hold multiple events each year providing an escape from any problems you may encounter - from free drinks & cakes at the Coco Cafe (4:00pm every Wednesday), exam stress relief and lot's more!
We're a committed group with a passion to make someone else's day just a little better whenever we can. Either send us a message or come along to one of the sessions we hold and we'll be glad to talk.
